Harley's new Roadster

Harley's new Roadster

Always innovating when it comes to power and overall performance, Harley Davidson has introduced their new Roadster motorcycle. This powerful machine includes 43 mm inverted front forks with triple clamps. The front brakes feature a dual disk and powerful friction. It includes an awesome suspension on the rear side and dual gauge instrumentation.

When speaking of a Harley Davidson, you have to mention torque. The new Roadster includes a 1200 cc engine to deliver a powerful torque.  The offset-split cast aluminum wheels, five spokes each, provides a great and comfortable position for riding.

This powerful bike is great for those trips that require stability, torque, and aggressiveness. According to Harley Davidson, this bike has the “essential elements of a pure riding machine.”

Harley Davidson’s director of styling, Brad Richards has said, “Since its introduction in 1957, the Harley-Davidson Sportster has proved capable of constant reinvention, and the Roadster writes a new chapter in that story. We’ve watched our customers take the Sportster in so many different directions. The Roadster is a mash-up of styling genres, but the intent was to build a rider’s motorcycle, a Sportster that’s lean and powerful and connects the rider to the road.”

The new feature in the new Roadster, in comparison to the Sportster 1200 might not be visible at first sight.  But, as you have seen already, there are major improvements in power, torque, and comfort.

The rear fender has been chopped a little bit to provide a greater stability. Up front, we find a single four-inch diameter clock unit right in front of the triple clamp.

Of course, the company has included the gear to go with the bike as well as cool accessories to add on to the bike.  This powerful machine can be yours for the amount of $11,119, starter price.
